1. What Talk First Family™ Is

Talk First Family™ provides prevention-focused educational content designed to support calm, values-based conversation between parents and children.

It is:

• Educational in nature
• Not therapy or counseling
• Not medical or mental health treatment

If you or your child are in crisis or need professional support, please contact a licensed provider or emergency services.

2. Who Can Use This Site

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll or provide contact information.

By enrolling, you confirm that:

• You are a parent or legal guardian (or authorized adult participant).
• The information you provide is accurate.

3. SMS & Email Terms (Important)

When you enroll in the Lumi TALK Habit™ or other Talk First Family™ programs, you may receive:

• Text messages (SMS)
• Email messages
• Links to short videos and resources

SMS Consent

By texting a program keyword (such as TALK) to (435) 740-8779, or by entering your mobile number and submitting a form, you:

• Agree to receive recurring automated text messages related to Talk First Family™ programs from Upward Reach Foundation.
• Understand that message frequency may vary.
• Understand that message and data rates may apply.
• Do not have to agree to receive messages to browse the website.

How to Opt Out

• Reply STOP to any text message to cancel.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Click the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. No mobile opt-in information will be shared with or sold to third parties.
